The Taro Ice Cream

The taro ice cream,a common ice product in Taiwan, originated from Caohu taro ice in Dali City in the central part of China. It tastes soft, sweet but not greasy, so it is really a summer ice product.

How To Make The Taro Ice Cream

Step 1

Press the cold sweet taro into mud (including soup) for standby

Step 2

Beat the fresh light cream to 70%, add in the taro mud and mix well, then add it and put it into the refrigerator freezer, take it out after 50 minutes and mix it with the eggbeater, then put it into the refrigerator freezer, and then take it out again after 50 minutes. Repeat this for 3.4 times to take out the finished product and start eating!
