The Stewed White Fungus and Red Dates with Osmanthus

In such a cold day, I didn’t remember what I wanted to buy. I’d better stay at home alone and have a look at it. There were also dried osmanthus, red dates and white fungus sent by my good friend Xi some time ago. I made this kind of sweet soup with these ingredients for beauty, beauty and blood tonic.

How To Make The Stewed White Fungus and Red Date

s with Osmanthus

Step 1

Soak the white fungus for two hours. Cut off the part that still shrinks after the blister.Wash the white fungus

Soak the white fungus

Step 2

Put the longan, red date and white in the electric stew pot and stew for three hours. If you use the natural gas stove, heat it up for four hour and then simmer it for another hour to stew out the gelatinous.
