The Spicy Stir Fried Large Intestine

The spicy stir fried large intestine is a very Shandong style domestic dish, with the characteristics of salty, spicy, rich taste, ruddy color, and eating with wine. The way to stir fry large intestine is very simple, as long as you pay attention to the cooking temperature.

How To Make The Spicy Stir Fried Large Intestine

Step 1

Wash the pig large intestine, add some cooking wine and cook until it is fully cooked, then fish out

Step 2

Cut the cooked large intestine for standby

Step 3

Shredded the fresh pepper and sliced the coriander,onion and ginger

Step 4

Add some oil in the pot. When it’s 50% hot, put in chili powder and fry until the oil gets red

Step 5

Stir fry the large intestine for about 15 seconds, then cook with cooking wine and soy sauce

Step 6

Stir fry the hot pepper for several times, then add a little salt, MSG and sugar to taste

Step 7

Stir fry the cilantro and dish up.
