In the warm afternoon, sitting around with family and friends, unfettered, unfettered, open up, and let go. A cup of tea, a drink, and a few snacks are the happiest moments!I made a few small cakes on the weekend, a nice casual afternoon dessert. Friends who like to make cakes, let’s do it together. I use the ATO-E43A electric oven from ACA North America Electric. Due to the differences in the temperature of various ovens, friends should set the temperature and time of the oven according to their own oven. The temperature and time settings can only be used for reference.
How to make milk cake
Raw materials: eggs, sugar, corn oil, low-gluten flour, milk
Separate the egg whites and egg yolks, and put them in two basins. The basins should be clean, oil-free and water-free.
Add 15 grams of sugar to the egg yolk and 35 grams of sugar to the egg white
Pour the milk into a bowl with corn oil and stir evenly.
Add salt and white vinegar to the egg whites
Beat with an electric whisk to dry foaming state
Egg yolk and sugar, use an electric whisk to mix evenly into egg yolk paste
Mix one-third of the egg white with the egg yolk paste, stir gently with a spatula, do not defoam
Then pour all the egg yolk paste into the egg whites, and gently stir evenly. Also be careful not to defoam here, but don’t worry, this step is still easy to mix evenly.
Sift the low-gluten flour and pour it into the egg batter. Be careful in this step. The action should be light when stirring, but a part of the dry flour must be mixed with the egg batter every time you stir, and finally stir until there is no dry powder.
Spoon a part of the batter into the corn oil and mix well
Pour the corn oil mixture into the batter and stir gently to form a smooth batter
Preheat the oven to 170°C on top and 160°C on bottom. Prepare cake molds and paper cups, I use learnt cooking. Pour the batter evenly into each paper cup and shake it on the table a few times
After the oven has been preheated, put the mold into the oven. Bring to 170 degrees and lower heat to 160, bake for 10 minutes, then turn to 175 degrees and bake at 155 degrees for 6 minutes. The surface of the cake is golden yellow. Use a toothpick to insert the non-wet powder and cook, and let it cool off the oven.
The soft and delicious milk cake is ready
