The sea cucumber soup is a traditional local famous dish in Fujian Province, which belongs to Fujian cuisine.
How To Make The Sea Cucumber Soup
Cut the sea cucumber into cubes, the mushrooms and bamboo shoots cut into cubes,too.And then beat with eggs, cut the pork into pieces, and thicken with water chestnut powder.
Put onion and ginger in the pot, pour boiling water, cut the sea cucumber into small cubes, and put it into the boiling pot for a while to remove the smell.
Put the cut pork into a hot oil pot and stir fry until it is cooked. Add some clear soup and soy sauce and stir fry until it is red. Then put the diced mushroom, asparagus and sea cucumber into the meat pot together, add the remaining clear soup and wine, cook them in high heat, pour in the thin sauce, pour in the beaten eggs, sprinkle with pepper, pour in vinegar and sesame oil.
