The Sea Cucumber and Chicken Soup

The sea cucumber and chicken soup is a good tonic for pregnant women and postpartum women.It can improve the level of female sex hormone and promote breast development.

How To Make The Sea Cucumber and Chicken Soup

Step 1

The chicken is peeled the skin and washed, then cut into pieces and blanched.

Step 2

Wash the sea cucumber and blanch it.

Step 3

Put a small amount of oil in the pot, put the ginger slices into the pot after heating, add the blanched chicken pieces and sea cucumber into the pot after blasting.

Step 4
