The Pork Liver and Wild Vegetable Soup

Pig liver is the meat food we often use. Have you tried this dish? It is said that the effect of pig liver wild vegetable soup is not small, especially for the anaemic.

How To Make The Pork Liver and Wild Vegetable Soup

Step 1

Mix the cut pork liver with a little salt, and soak in water for 15 minutes

Step 2

Boil the water in the pot and put it into the pig liver scalding water. After filtration, reserve it

Step 3

Make another pot of water and boil it. Add some ginger, garlic and pig liver together and cook for two minutes. Add salt and wild vegetables

Step 4
