The Pig Blood and Tofu

The pig blood and tofu s made of ordinary materials, cheap and nutritious.The content of protein, iron, zinc and cobalt in pig blood is very high, while the content of fat is very low, so it has the effects of strengthening the body, nourishing the blood and the face, preventing hyperlipidemia and delaying aging.The tofu, which contains the name of “plant meat”, contains a variety of nutrients and rich calcium.It is made of two ingredients, is light but delicious. It is very suitable for cold, dry and dusty winter food.

How To Make The Pig Blood and Tofu

Step 1

Mix the minced meat, egg, onion, ginger, rice wine, salt and starch, marinate for 10 minutes.

Step 2

Boil half of the water in the casserole, change to low heat, use a spoon to round the meat filling and put it into the pot one by one, change to medium heat and cook for 15 minutes until it floats.

Step 3

Cut the pig blood and tender tofu into large pieces and put them into the pot to boil for 10 minutes. Sprinkle chopped garlic and salt to taste, then turn off the heat.
