The peanut nougat is a kind of candy made of ripe peanut, milk powder and marshmallow.
Tips:
- Peanut kernels can be purchased directly from supermarkets;
- The marshmallow should be cut into small pieces in advance to melt with butter faster;
- Peanuts are the most difficult to stir, and can be wrapped completely and more beautiful (it should be easier to cut peanuts into small pieces).
How To Make The Peanut Nougat
Step 1
Prepare the materials in proportion.
Step 2
Pour the butter into a non stick pot and heat until all is melted.
Step 3
When the butter is all melted, immediately pour in marshmallow and stir until the marshmallow is all melted.
Step 4
After the marshmallow dissolves, light the fire, immediately pour in the milk powder, stir evenly.
Step 5
Mix the milk powder and add the peanuts. Let the peanuts be wrapped as much as possible without scattering. (it’s OK to rub your hands when they’re not hot)
Step 6
Out of the pot can be poured into a fresh-keeping bag to prevent sticking, and then evenly pressed flat, cut into strips, and then cut into pieces.
