The Lotus Leaf Soup

The lotus leaf soup is a dish, the main material is fresh lotus. The delicious taste comes from Dream of the Red chamber written by Cao Xueqin.

How To Make The Lotus Leaf Soup

Step 1

Prepare the carrots and collect the fresh lotus leaves;

Step 2

Extrude the carrot juice and lotus leaf juice respectively;

Step 3

Make the dough: it can be kneaded into orange, light green and primary color;

Step 4

Pull the dough into bean size;

Step 5

The dough can be made into various shapes by using the face printing mold. I didn’t find the mold.I clicked on the bamboo curtain and added a little pattern;

Step 6

Soup making: put the lotus seeds and fresh lotus leaves into chicken soup, boil them, put in small pimples, put salt, and cover the mouth of the pot with big lotus leaves.
