How To Make The Lily Lotus Seeds and White Fungus Soup
Step 1
Wash the white fungus in cold water for about half an hour, cut off the root, and then cut into small pieces;

Lotus seeds and medlar are also soaked in water for half an hour, peeled and cut the pear into pieces;
Step 3
First put the white fungus in the pot and simmer for 20 minutes. When the white fungus is thick, add the sugar, then add the lotus seeds and simmer for 15 minutes;
Step 4
Finally, add the fresh lily,pears and medlar and cook for about 10 minutes to eat (because the fresh lily is easy to boil, so you need to add them at last, if it’s dry lily, you can add them earlier).
