The Lily Lotus Seeds and White Fungus Soup

The lily lotus seeds and white fungus soup is a dessert which has the effect of Nourishing Yin, moistening lung, nourishing qi and heart. In fact, white fungus, lily, lotus seed and medlar are all Chinese herbal medicines beneficial to the body.

How To Make The Lily Lotus Seeds and White Fungus Soup

Step 1

Wash the white fungus in cold water for about half an hour, cut off the root, and then cut into small pieces;
