The lily and lotus seed soup is a dish,this dish is mainly made by stewing the ingredients into the pot.
How To Make The Lily and Lotus Seed Soup
Step 1
Wash and soak all materials (except the sugar) for 1 hour respectively, then remove the core of red date for standby.
Step 2
Pour 1000ml of water into the pot, put in lily, lotus seed, yam, red date and cook soft, then put in the white fungus and cook until it becomes soft.
Step 3
Add in the rock sugar and mix.
