How To Make The Homemade Jellied Tofu

Step 1

First of all, let’s soak the soybeans. This must be done one night in advance. After soaking all night, you can make soybean milk by yourself. I use a squeezer to squeeze the soybeans. Add 1 cup of water to make the soybeans juice. Filter out the dregs with a sieve, and then put them into an aluminum pot to boil the soy milk.

Step 2

Cook the soy milk until it is done. Put a small bag of 3G internal fat into a small aluminum basin with 20ml of water. Then pour the cooked soy milk into the small basin containing the internal fat solution. Be sure to pour it in slowly. The last step is to put the small basin into a pot with hot water. In about ten minutes, the soy milk will set
