Recently, because of the busy work, I didn’t have time to buy small fish. My aunt came to our house and brought us some fresh fish. After simple treatment, I pickled and make a full basin of the fried small fish. I’m so glad that the children all like it.
How To Make The Fried Small Fish
Step 1
Clean the small fish and remove the internal organs!
Step 2
Marinate the fish with cooking wine, soy sauce, sugar and chela oil to taste!
Step 3
Soak in the egg liquid and wrap in the flour.
Step 4
Heat the oil in the pot,and deep fry the small fish until they are crispness!
