The Fried Rice with Red Fermented Bean Curd

The fried rice with red fermented bean curd is a kind of food made of leftover rice, eggs and other ingredients.

How To Make The Fried Rice with Red Fermented Bean Curd

Step 1

Dice the chicken, marinate with cooking wine, starch and half of fermented bean curd for 10 minutes. The fermented bean curd should be boiled in advance, and the eggs should be fried.

When the oil is hot, put the chicken breast into the skillet and stir fry until it changes color, then put in the scrambled eggs and rice.
