The scalded sea shrimps is a traditional dish of Guangdong Province, belonging to the Cantonese cuisine. There is no seasoning in the production, and the shrimp is original. Burning is to put materials into boiling soup or boiling water to cook. No juice, no fluorescence, mainly to maintain the original taste of the material.
