The Fish Fillet and Coriander Soup

The fish fillet and coriander soup is a fresh dish which is easy to make.

How To Make The Fish Fillet and Coriander Soup

Step 1

Wash the grass carp and prepare for use. Scrape off the root mud of the coriander and soak in salt water for a while. Chop the garlic, ginger and preserved egg.

Step 2

Add the ginger, garlic, a little cooking wine, oil, salt and black pepper powder to the fish fillet, mix and marinate for 10 minutes.

Step 3

Add some water to the ginger slices, boil them, pour in preserved eggs, boil for a while, pour in fish slices, boil for a moment, add some salt pepper oil and sesame oil to taste, and finally add some coriander to boil for a moment.
