How To Make The Fish Fillet and Coriander Soup
Step 1
Wash the grass carp and prepare for use. Scrape off the root mud of the coriander and soak in salt water for a while. Chop the garlic, ginger and preserved egg.
Step 2
Add the ginger, garlic, a little cooking wine, oil, salt and black pepper powder to the fish fillet, mix and marinate for 10 minutes.
Step 3
