The Crystal Jelly

Every time I saw all kinds of rice noodles, I was greedy. After I bought the jelly powder, I made this kind of original crystal jelly mixed with it for cold dishes. Anyway, I made it original, which can be mixed into salty or sour and sweet together with yogurt. It’s a perfect match.

How To Make The Crystal Jelly

Step 1

Boil the water, add the jelly powder and mix well, pour into the container to cool, then put it in the refrigerator. Cut it into any shape you want. I also use biscuits mold to cut into love heart, crabs, flowers and circles shape.
