The Coriander and Sweet Fish Soup

The coriander sweet fish soup is a fresh and common dish in China and it is easy to make.

How To Make The Coriander and Sweet Fish Soup

Step 1

Wash the fish, chop and drain it.

Step 2

Heat the oil in the pot and stir fry the ginger shreds.

Step 3

Put the fish in the oil and fry both sides of the fish until the fish skin is slightly yellow.

Step 4

Pour in the boiling water, boil and simmer for 20 minutes.

Step 5

Add the cabbage leaves and cook.

Step 6

Add the tofu, mushrooms and boil for 20 minutes. Add a little salt to taste.

Step 7

Put the chopped coriander into the soup.The coriander sweet fish soup is done.
