The Colacao Little Cake

The Colacao little cake is a kind of food. The raw materials are low gluten flour, sugar, etc.

How To Make The Colacao Little Cake

Step 1

Put the butter and sugar in the same container, beat evenly with the electric egg beater at medium speed, and then beat slightly for about 1 minute (now the weather is cold, put butter at room temperature in advance to soften for a while and then beat)

Put the butter and sugar

Step 2

Add the eggs to the butter, first add one beat evenly, then add the next one beat evenly

Add the eggs

Step 3

Add the chocolate sauce and 1 tablespoon water to step 2 and beat evenly with the electric beater

Add the chocolate sauce

Step 4

Mix the low gluten powder, Colacao and baking powder, and salt evenly. Sift them into the butter chocolate paste stirred in step 3. Turn it up from the bottom to the top with a rubber scraper to make the cake paste

Mix the low gluten powder

Step 5

Spread a layer of butter on the inner wall of the cake mold, and pour the cake paste into the mold

Step 6

Preheat the oven for 180 degrees. The middle layer of the oven is about 25-28 minutes. When it is out of the oven, cut it into pieces and sift a proper amount of sugar powder on the surface (PS: when the cake is baked, it will be bigger in the middle. Like muffin, cut it into neat pieces. Cut off the top and then cut into small pieces)
