Study in Lanzhou, I love Lanzhou’s mutton, this time for yourself steamed mutton, greeting.

How to steam lamb

Step 1

Chop the mutton into ribs. Spread the scallion on the bottom of the plate. Put the mutton pieces, ginger slices, aniseed, garlic, wine, put into the steamer, 30 minutes after steaming

Step 2

Put the steamed mutton into a soup bowl, add Beijing spring onion, salt, chicken broth, into a steamer, steam for 30 minutes after steaming.

Step 3

Sprinkle with cilantro and dip it for a very fresh taste. Finally, you get home cooking steamed lamb.
