How to make steamed enoki mushroom?
Soak enoki mushroom in brine and wash clean.
Drain the water and tear into small strips.
Put in the bowl.
Mince garlic, millet pepper, and green onion.
Sprinkle minced garlic and minced chili on top of enoki mushrooms.
Heat oil to boil, add enoki mushrooms and steam for 5-8 minutes.
Add light soy sauce, oyster sauce, sugar, salt, and peanut oil to stir well.
Take it out and pour out excess water.
Pour in the adjusted sauce.
Boil hot oil and pour.
Sprinkle with chopped chives and it can be served.
