Normally, frozen clams are not so good. One day, I accidentally find out someone use a new way to make clams. That is steamed clams with garlic vermicelli. After trying, it is really delicious like the fresh clams.

How to make steamed clams with garlic vermicelli?

Step 1

Prepare all the materials. Wash the clams clean and remove the impurities. Soak the vermicelli ahead of time. Crush the gingers and garlic. Dice the Miller pepper.

Cut the soaked vermicelli to pieces and put them at the bottom. Then put the clams on the vermicelli.

Step 3

Pan-fried the garlic and ginger. Then add one spoon of Chinese cooking wine and Sichuan pepper corns powder. When the garlic becomes golden and fragrant, put it on the clams. Now you can steam the dish for 6 minutes.

Step 4

After steaming, sprinkle the scallions and millet pepper. Then sprinkle some hot oil.

At last, sprinkle two spoons of seafood sauce.
