The golden  salted ducks were shiny, and they looked really drooling. Salted ducks can be used as a casual snack, as well as a special dish at the feast.

How to make spicy salted ducks?

Step 1

Prepare all the materials, including a salted duck, oil, salt, green peppers, Sichuan peppercorns, an onion, dried red chili, soy sauce, white sugar, gingers, chicken essence and dark soy sauce.

Soak the salted duck for 2 hours in the cold water.
