How to Make Sixi Baked Bran
Prepare the required materials, like mushrooms or agaric can be added as appropriate
Soak the roasted bran in water for 2 hours.
Soak dried mushrooms, dried hemerocallis citrina, dry agaric with water.
Clean the soaked mushrooms, hemerocallis citrina and agaric.
Tear the agaric into small flowers. Cut the mushrooms into small lobes. Cut the hemerocallis citrina in half.
Put water in the pan, wash the peanut rice and put it in the pan.
After boiling the pot, cook the peanut rice for about 10 minutes, fish out, drain to make a spare.
Remove the soaked roasted bran and squeeze out the excess water. Then rinse with water, squeeze dry repeatedly many times, in order to remove the smell of beans. Cut the toasted bran, which is squeezed into the water, into about 2cm squares.
Fill the pan with water and boil, add the roasted bran, and squim for 1-2 minutes.
Remove the roasted bran, rinse with cold water and squeeze out the excess water.
Put a little oil in the pan, add bran when it is about 60% hot, fry until it turns golden brown, and then put it on a plate.
Put the base oil in the pot, add the soaked mushrooms,agaric, peanuts, hemerocallis citrina, stir fry a few times, and then add the bran to stir fry.
Mix soy sauce, old soy sauce, and sugar. Add half of the seasonings, put in the broth and burn over high heat. After boiling, turn to low heat and simmer for about 15 minutes.
Open the lid and pour in the remaining seasonings. Add oyster sauce and cook for another 15 minutes. When the soup is low, change to a large fire. Wait for the soup to thicken before turning off the heat.
