How to make oatmeal tremella lotus seed porridge
Soak the lotus seeds for more than 8 hours and drain the water for use.
Soak the white fungus, cut off the roots, and tear them into small flowers.
Put appropriate amount of water in the pot, add lotus seeds and white fungus, boil on high heat, turn to low heat until the lotus seeds are soft and glutinous, and add sugar.
Take part of the lotus seed Tremella syrup and put it in a small pot.
Bring to a boil over low heat, add oatmeal and continue to cook for 1 minute. Turn off.
Add raisins and mix well.

- tablet sugar
- 50 g oatmeal
- Organic kitchen natural oversized raisins
