It is said that the fish floss made by bread makers is not bad. Because I like to try new things, I made some fish floss instead of pork floss. Although it takes a lot of time, it is worth of it.

How to make it homemade fish floss?

Chop the fish to small pieces. But my suggestion is you had better stir by a mixer because the meat will be more sensitive.

Season the fish with yellow rice wine, salt, dark soy sauce, sugar and light soy sauce. Then give it a quick mix.

Step 4

Put the fish into the bread maker. Press the button of pork floss making. During the cooking time, pour the water out.
