How to make braised carp?
Step 1
Prepare a carp, scrape off the scales, remove offal, and wash clean.
Step 2
Shred the green pepper and red pepper.
Step 3
Slice a ginger.
Step 4
Chop the spring onions.
Step 5
Heat the pot and add some oil. Then add carp to pan-fry.
Step 6
Fry until the both sides are golden.
Step 7
Add the gingers.
Step 8
Add some Chinese cooking wine.
Step 9
Add light soy sauce.
Step 10
Add some salt.
Step 11
Add the green peppers and red peppers.
Step 12
Add the right amount of water, cook over medium-low heat, and turn over the fish halfway.
Step 13
When it’s ready, add garlic, cover and cook for about half a minute. Then it can be served.
