A Wonderful Afternoon with Stewed Bird’s Nest with Milk

In the afternoon, the sun is warm and the air is filled with numerous relaxing factors. There are some bird’s nests at home. Before, because there was no electric stew cup, I was always lazy to cook it. Now there are electric lunch boxes which make the bird’s net can be easy cooked. It’s very simple to stew bird’s nest with milk. And I also make a few glutinous rice balls for my son. Boil some mung bean porridge at the bottom, which can be kept warm until the evening.

Tips:

1.Because there are mung beans in the bottom layer, so the time is set to 1 hour, if it is only stewed bird’s nest and it only needs 40-45 minutes.

2.Adjust meat stuffing material: onion, ginger, soy sauce and salt, put in an egg white, stir harder. The stuffing is soft and tastes better.

  1. The heat preservation effect of the lunch box is better, and the porridge can be kept warm in the lunch box.
