Winter melon is recognized as the best food for weight loss and beauty. In my hometown, there were many winter melons that we could n’t finish. I said, “Why don’t you give winter melon to pigs?” My mother said, “Winter melon cannot feed pigs, and pigs will lose weight when eaten, but it is not worth it.” I don’t want to explain anything else here, I just want to explain that the weight loss effect of melon is well known.
How to make steamed winter melon
Step1
Peel the winter melon and cut into small dices. As for the steamer, steam for about 20 minutes.
