Roll the Enokitake with tofu skin, then fry them in a frying pan until they are burnt, and then sprinkle a layer of barbecue material. It tastes like barbecue. Children love to eat.

  • 50 g tofu skin
  • 100 g enokitake

  • 10 ml oil
  • 5 g garlic

A toothpick is too long to pass through. It is best to wear it with a half toothpick, or cut off the tip of both ends of the toothpick, and only use the middle part, so that it will not hurt the mouth.
