Baby loves divers ways to have complementary food. Sometimes I steam an egg for her. Pure egg clams are tired, so this time I added some broccoli, and added some shrimp skin. It is very tasty.
How to make steamed egg custard with broccoli?
Add two broccoli to the pot and cook.
Wash the dried shrimps clean and drain.
Beat two eggs with a whisk.
The cooked broccoli is chopped from the front flowers and the shrimp skin is also chopped.
Add six and a half shells of egg water to the beaten egg liquid.
Pour the broccoli and shrimp skins into the egg mixture.
Boil some water in the steamer. Put the broccoli egg liquid in the pot and steam it. Cover it with a small dish.
Take out the steamed eggs and sprinkle some light soy sauce.
Add some sesame oil.
Steamed Egg Custard with Broccoli
- 2 egg
- 30 g broccoli
- 3 g shrimp skin
- 3 ml light soy sauce
- 3 ml sesame oil
If you want the egg custard to be more delicate, you can beat the egg liquid evenly and then filter it with a strainer. We only chop the broccoli in front of the flower part . Hope you like the steamed egg custard with broccoli.
