The spicy bullfrog hot pot is one of my favorite food in Sichuan Cuisine.The bullfrog tastes fantastic and tender.
How To Make The Spicy Bullfrog Hot Pot
Step 1
Cut the broccoli.
Step 2
Soak in salt to remove the bacteria.
Step 3
Soak the winter bamboo shoots in salt,too.
Step 4
Wash the bullfrogs and marinate with salt, white spirit and starch for 4 hours.
Step 5
Prepare the hirtellous clover-shrub root hot pot seasoning.
Step 6
Add the hirtellous clover-shrub root hot pot seasoning,ginger and onion to the hot pot
Step 7
Put in the bullfrogs, add some boiling water and salt
Step 8
Close the lid and cook it thoroughly!
