The Shredded Eel Rice with Jujube

The shredded eel rice with jujube is a delicacy. The main raw materials are eel, red date, mushroom, coriander, oil, ginger, wine, mashed garlic, soy sauce and oyster sauce.

How To Make The Shredded Eel Rice with Jujube

Step 1

Ask the store keeper to remove the bone of the eel. When you get home, you need to wash the mucus on the fish meat with flowing water.

Step 2

Cut the fish into sections and shreds.

Step 3

Put some oil in the pot, put the fish bones in the pot and add the ginger and cooking wine to stir fry.

Step 4

Pour in the water for cooking. Boil the fish bones into a pot to make the milky fish soup

Step 5

Wash the rice, put it into the casserole, then pour the fish soup into the casserole and cook together.

Step 6

Put the bottom oil in the pot, and pour the eel into the pot until it changes color.

Step 7

Pour in the seasoning and jujube, stir fry until it tastes good, and finally put in the coriander and stir fry it to taste good.

Step 8

Put the fried eel shreds into the 80% cooked rice and cover the lid.

Step 9

After three minutes cooking over small fire, turn off the heat and simmer for ten minutes.
