The Purple Potato Moon Cake in Jiangsu Style

The purple potato moon cake in Jiangsu style is made of purple potato mud. Purple potato is one of the health food. It is rich in protein, selenium and iron, and anthocyanins with high medical value. It can reduce the harm of antibiotics to human body.

Step 1
