The Jujube Cake

The jujube cake is one of the top ten pastries of Manchu and Han Dynasty. Jujube cake was originally used by the imperial court of the Qing Dynasty. It was once known as the first cake of the court. It has a long flavor and sweet taste. It contains vitamin C, protein, calcium, iron, vitamins and other nutrients. It can not only nourish the spleen and stomach, but also can improve Qi and fluid; it can also protect the liver, increase muscle strength, and nourish the face and prevent aging.

How To Make The Jujube Cake
