The Green Olive and Pig Bone soup

The green olive and pig bone soup is a good recipe for sore throat and dry cough handed down by the ancestors, especially for clearing lung heat.

How To Make The Green Olive and Pig Bone soup

Step 1

Clean 400 grams of green olives and pat them flat with a knife. 500 grams of pig bone is blanched in the water. One is longan. One is medlar. Boil it in a large pot and turn it into a small pot for three hours. Season with salt.
