The Durian Mousse

I like the strong and unique taste of durian. I make all kinds of durian cakes in different ways. Don’t think it’s all called durian mousse. It’s different in content.

How To Make The Durian Mousse

Step 1

Mash the durian meat into a paste.

Add the gelatinous powder and sugar to the water or milk,melt them with heating

Mix the durian meat with the stick water

Step 4

Beat whipped cream about 60% and distribute (thick enough), mix well with step 3.

Pour into the mold and refrigerate for more than two hours.The durian cake is finished.
