The Dried Meat Floss Biscuits

The dried meat floss biscuits is a kind of special biscuit with various tastes.

How To Make The Dried Meat Floss Biscuits

Step 1

Bake the low gluten flour at 180 ℃ for 10 minutes and let it cool.

Mix the low gluten flour and sugar powder, sift them, mix with the meat floss and sesame.

Step 3

Add the butter, butter and egg liquid softened at room temperature, knead them evenly by hand, knead them into the fresh-keeping film, and freeze them in the freezer for half an hour to harden.

Step 4

Take out the dough, roll it into 1cm thin slices, use biscuit mold to press out the pattern, put it on the baking tray lined with oil paper, and sprinkle sesame seeds. (the leftovers can be re pressed into thin slices and then pressed into a mold). Preheat the oven 150 degrees and 5 minutes in advance, place the baking tray in the middle layer of the oven, and bake for 15 minutes. (bake for 20 minutes or so if you use unbaked low gluten flour directly)
