Put coffee, cranberries and peanuts in the nougat, and make it by yourself. It’s just so willful. You can put different fruits in the nougat to make the different taste. It’s delicious. I think The coffee nougat is better than the original one.
I use comparable cappuccino coffee, which tastes good, so the choice of coffee directly determines the taste of nougat, and I need to choose the coffee I like to drink.
How To Make The Coffee Nougat
Step 1
First, bake the peanuts. Put the peanuts on the baking plate. The oven is 170 degrees, and bake for 12 minutes,

The next step is to peel the peanuts. After the peanuts are cooled, they will fall off as soon as they are rubbed by hand,

Put butter in a non stick pot and heat over medium heat to melt
Step 4
Turn the heat down, pour in the marshmallows, and stir constantly to make them melt,
Step 5
Turn off the heat, pour in milk powder and coffee powder, mix well
Step 6
Pour in peanuts and cranberries, mix well
Step 7
Pour it into the baking tray, use the rolling pin to shape it. Don’t cut it until it’s cool. It’s about lower than the hand temperature. Finally, wrap it with beautiful sugar paper.
