The Bullfrog with Chili Pepper

The bullfrog with chili pepper is a home-made dish with the bullfrog with chopped peppers and cucumber as the main ingredients.

How To Make The Bullfrog with Chili Pepper

Step 1

The bullfrogs are slaughtered to remove internal organs.They are cut into pieces. Wash and marinate with cooking wine, ginger, salt and pepper for about 30 minutes.

Slice the cucumber.

Slice the ginger, chop the garlic and cut red pepper into circles.

Take a bowl of chopped peppers.

Put a small amount of oil in the pot, stir fry the bullfrog, dry the water, and then put  into a plate.

Put a proper amount of oil in the pot, and heat it to 70% hot. Stir fry the ginger, garlic and red pepper.

Pour in the cucumber slices and the chopped peppers and stir fry until the cucumber is soft and juicy.

After we get the soup, stir fry and stew the bullfrog until the meat turns white and the cucumber is transparent.The bullfrog with chili pepper is ready for eating now.
