The Apple Jam

The apple jam is a kind of condiment, the main materials are apples, and the auxiliary materials are white granulated sugar, icing sugar powder, lemon, etc. Apple jam a sweet jam made from fresh apples by a series of steps, such as salting, slow cooking, etc.

How To Make The Apple Jam

Step 1

Prepare the ingredients: 3 apples, 40g white granulated sugar, 15g potato starch, proper amount of water. (the corn starch can be instead of the potato starch)
