Separate the egg white and yolk. Add milk, corn oil to egg yolk, sift into flour and mix well. Beat egg whites into a dry foam with a whisk.
Mix egg yolk and egg white cream evenly. Then, pour into a baking sheet lined with greased paper and cook it at 170 degrees for 25 minutes. after 25 minutes, take it out and let it cool. Use a 6-inch cake mold to buckle out a round cake body. Invert the 8-inch cake mold, wrap the tin foil, and put the cake body in.
Then, prepare mousse stuffing. Put the strawberries into the food processor and break. Pour milk in a bowl and add 2 pieces of gelatin softened with water. Heat the microwave for 10 seconds to melt the gelatin. After cooling the milk, pour in strawberry liquid and mix well.
Whip cream until thick and flowing. Put the stirred milk strawberry paste in the light cream and mix well. Then the mousse is ready. Pour some mousse into cake-spreading molds. Sprinkle with strawberries, and then pour in the remaining mousse. Put it in the refrigerator for about 4 hours.
Stir in the right amount of strawberries with a blender. Add gelatin and melt. Set aside to let it cool. Then, pour the refrigerated mousse in.
