Ingredients preparation, a little starch (my one is a small bowl, only spread a bottom), 3-4 eggs, spinach boiled and squeezed out of water

Beat the eggs, add spinach and mix well

Add a small amount of cold water to the starch to make the starch a little sticky, don’t be too thin, pour the egg liquid.

Add the right amount of salt and mix well

The utensils for preparing egg liquid are preferably rectangular in shape, ensuring a certain depth. Spread a layer of cling film and brush a layer of olive oil on the surface

The egg liquid is poured into the appliance, and the surface is sprinkled with a little oil

Cover it with a layer of plastic wrap, put on a cold-water pot, steam for 15 minutes on high heat, then steam for 7 or 8 minutes on medium heat. It will be almost the same. During this period, observe the egg liquid once or twice.

Cut to pieces and put them on the plate, then steam and adjust the sauce at the same time. The sugar, vinegar, soy sauce and walnut oil I use can be adjusted according to personal taste. Add garlic or chili! Eat while hot, the most delicious! Finally, you get home cooking steamed spinach cake.
