How to make steamed lingcod?
Step 1
Wash the lingcod clean.
Step 2
Use a kitchen paper towel to wipe off moisture. Even dry the fish belly.
Step 3
Shred the gingers and peppers.
Step 4
Tear the scallions along the texture.
Step 5
Boil some water in the steamer. When the water is boiled, put the fish to steam for 10 minutes with great heat.
Step 6
Take out the steamed fish and pass it to the plate.
Step 7
Heat the pot and add some oil.
Step 8
Add gingers and peppers to stir fry.
Step 9
Add some light soy sauce and turn off the heat.
Step 10
Put the scallions on the fish.
Step 11
Sprinkle the cooked light soy sauce. And it is well-done.
