Roast Tofu Skin

March 15, 2020 by Grace Leave a Comment

Roast tofu skin is an important role in the Hunan snacks. The winter weather is relatively dry, and I ’m worried that it ’s easy to get sick, so I replaced the paprika with a secret sauce. Tofu skin itself is a kind of high-calcium ingredients. As long as the seasoning is proper, it is actually good for the child to eat more.

Tofu skin is particularly rich in nutrients, high in protein and amino acids, as well as 18 trace elements necessary for the human body, such as iron, calcium and molybdenum. Children can improve immunity and promote physical and intellectual development. Long-term consumption of the elderly can prolong life.

How to make roast tofu skin?

Step 1

Fresh bean rind can be directly rinsed and drained. If you can’t buy fresh bean skin, use the same dry one. Soak the dried bean skin with water in advance and drain.
