The practice of pumpkin sesame balls
Peel the pumpkin and cut it into thin slices.
Steam in a pot on high heat for about 15 minutes until cooked.
Put the steamed pumpkin until warm.
Add glutinous rice flour and sugar.
Squeeze with your hands to form a smooth dough.
Divide into round balls of about 20 grams each.
Dip the pumpkin balls in water, then roll them in sesame seeds.
