Step 1
Slice millet pepper and garlic, and shred green pepper.
Step 2
Fry the poached eggs until the egg is solidified. Fry it into small pieces with a spoon.
Step 3.
Heat oil in a wok, add garlic slices and tempeh and stir fry until they are fragrant.
Step 4
Add green peppers and red pepper rings and fry until they are soft.
Step 5
Put the poached egg on it.
Step 6
Add light soy sauce, vinegar and sugar, stir fry evenly and turn off the heat.
