Zhanjiang, known as the “Chinese Seafood and Gourmet Capital”, is extremely rich in marine resources, and its aquatic products rank first in Guangdong Province for many years. Among them, oyster is one of the most distinctive seafood. It grows in the original ecological sea area that is pollution-free. The cultivated oyster meat is tender and plump, with excellent taste, smooth, slippery, sweet, crisp and scum-free, currently the only one without artificial feeding. In addition to raw food, the use of charcoal fire to grill oysters has become famous all over the country. The place where I live is not very far from Zhanjiang, so in the surrounding vegetable markets, food stalls, oysters can be seen everywhere, especially the late night food stalls, and there are mobile carts specializing in roasting oysters. The neat rows of oysters are neatly arranged, and it makes people swallow drooling. Sometimes you know that you have a lot of barbecue, but you still can’t help it. Call one or two dozen to relieve your hunger. Oysters are rich in nutrients, especially zinc and taurine, which are particularly beneficial to women, men, and children who grow up. I have made oyster omelettes before, but here is a simple and crude but very good way to eat: fried oysters with onions. Stir fry the condiments in the oil pan, stir-fry the oysters, pour in the cooking wine and pepper to remove the smell, and finally add the onions and fry them before they are cooked. A bite of oysters and an onion is really super delicious.

  • 5 g ginger
  • 20 ml cooking wine
  • 1 g pepper powder

When frying oysters, you must fry them quickly. In some practices, oysters will be blanched before being cooked. I think that it tastes better if they are fried directly in the pot. Do you like onion oysters?
