Prepare 30g of mint. Wash the mint in clean water. Pick off the mint leaves. Remove the mint stems. Then wash it. Put it in a basket to drain the water.

Beat 2 eggs into a bowl. Add 1/8 teaspoon of salt. Mix well.

Step 3:Cook Chinese Mint Soup

Pour 1L of water into the pot. After the water boils, pour the beaten egg in. Stir for a while. Add the cleaned mint after the egg boils. Stir well. Then add 1/4 teaspoon of salt, 1/2 tablespoon of oil. Stir for a while.
